You'll need a copper flaring tool and tubing cutter.

Hair Stacker DIY Stacker_appart

Attach with epoxy or supper glue.

Inside the body place a small piece of the inside pipe and glue lightly to make the bottom step. Probably a 1/8 to 1/4" long.
