Tippet? Empty Tippet?

There's a lot to be said about brand loyalty and name recognition. I was wondering what you all picked when you walk into a fly-shop or online seller for tippet. What's your brand?

I like Orvis Mirage and/or Orvis Superstrong. Mirage is my first choice.

I'm a fan of Orvis Mirage and Superstrong as well. Second choice would be Rio. Frog's Hair is good stuff as well, just too expensive for this broke student... Smile

I seem to reach for RIO. Last re-stock RIO Powerflex.

I like superstrong just fine. Does the job and it's easy on the wallet.

I use Rio Powerflex for my dries and Rio Flouroflex for my nymphs. My buddy uses Frog Hair but only in 8X for the super selective trout on the Smith River. Like fishing a fly on human hair.... be prepared to loose a lot of flies.
