Quick trip to the river

The FB has been pretty muddy for awhile now. My son really wanted to go to the park at the river. So we head down that way. I tied up a few of Davy Wottons minnows and wanted to see how they acted. Didn't expect to catch anything with the water so off color. I was happily wrong. Caught several smallies. No monsters but respectable fish.
