Is that the one with the multi-colored tail? I remember seeing it before, but I've never tied it.

Yep. the tail is dark and lite marabou together. It is a really effective version of Woolly Bugger. Dark brown and tan work well together.

I've had much success with a solid white one with a gold bead head. I strip it in like a wounded minnow, gotta luv that maribou!
