Week 27 suggestions

How about trash flies? For those who don't know what trash flies are, they're just as the name sounds. Flies made with trash (Christmas tinsel, foam from flip flops, leather shoe strings, etc). Fun to tie and something different. Brad Sprinkle (teachrtec here on the forum) is the guy to talk to when it comes to tying with trash. Still baffled we haven't tied them for the contest yet!

Any seconds? Additional suggestions are welcomed, as always. If there's multiple suggestions, we'll vote and then use the remaining suggestions for future contests.

Well, I hate to do it, but I may have to sit this one out. Got a big fishing trip going on this weekend, and I'll begin moving my HQ to a new location Monday afternoon. With that being the case, all my tying stuff is packed away in boxes.

Y'all have fun in the Smokies! I'd suggest you watch that crazy Owl guy like a hawk (no "bird of prey" pun intended).. Looking forward to hearing about the trip.

Yeah, I'm only heading over one county to the west, so I'll still feel right at home. I'm sure I'm in for a real treat this weekend.

I am sorry it took me a while to stop in. Pre spring break is a crazy time at out school.
