Davidson River Bugs Empty Davidson River Bugs

I saw these when we were fishing our first day on the Davidson River. This was taken near the Wildlife Education Center at John Rock. The flies were thick on the surface but it was hard to tell if the trout were feeding on them. I never could net any with my seine or see what they looked like really up close.
